Customization
Repack Service
Freight and Shipping
We manage your glass needs through forecasting. A Customer Service Rep or Sales Associate will work one on one with you to determine your needs for the coming year. We then make sure your ware is available in our warehouse for shipment when you need it.

Pallets are stacked depending on bottle type. The majority are at 112, 105, or 98 cases per pallet.
A full truckload is usually between 23-30 pallets. Trailer length, the weight of the glass, and how pallets are loaded onto the truck are all factors that affect the number of pallets allowed in a trailer.
Because we have so many different variations of bottles, caps and closures in stock, we are unable to publish our pricing here. We want to make sure the pricing you receive is accurate and specific to YOUR needs.

Lead times vary, depending on manufacturer and production schedules. Special order bottles from Europe may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Custom printed corks and capsules can take up to 8 weeks depending on manufacturer. It is best to get your requests in as soon as possible.
We have specialists on our staff who can help you get a detailed timeline for your custom or special order project. Give us a call and let them help you with all the details.
We are uniquely able to offer most stock cased bottles at a LOW LOW 1 case minimum! We want ALL sizes of wineries, winemakers and homebrewers to be able to purchase exactly what they need (no more no less)!
Corks are sold by the bag (typically 1000). However, many of our stock closures are sold by the “each” or smaller quanitities.
Some items do have Minimum Order Requirements, such as any custom printed closure, glass or package. Special order glass (non-stock items) may require a minimum purchase of at least one pallet.
Our decorating services like shrink sleeve application and UV ink glass printing require minimum orders of 2-4 pallets depending on the project. Speak with one of our helpful customer service representatives to get accurate and up-to-date MOQ requirements for your desired product or service.
All of our box options are customizeable!
Whether you order standard or pulp shipper boxes, or bottles in standard cases, we have options for customization to make your goods stand out in the store, showroom or tasting room!
Domino Print – add a basic black logo to every case to show off a brand or winery name
Color Graphics – add pops of color and brand specific graphics to cased ware with custom box printing

A lift is used by freight companies when there is no loading dock or employees available to unload your delivery. Fee varies by freight company.
