Frank DeRosa- Consultant

Frank brings diversified business experience and managerial knowledge to Waterloo Container and its board of directors.
He guided C-level executives in the areas of management and finance for over thirty-five years. Frank worked in local government, in a global financial services firm, in academia, and in regional CPA and management consulting firms that provided professional services to main street and middle market enterprises.
Frank is a member of the Organizational Development Network; he is associated with Empire Director Services an organizational development consulting firm. As an Organizational Development Consultant (ODC) his business mission is to provide results-oriented business strategies and mentoring that interface with a client’s short and long-term business development plans.
Frank held Certification as a Management Consultant (CMC) and Public Accountant (CPA) through 2018.
Over the years Frank has been involved in community affairs and has served as chairman and held other positions on numerous boards and committees. In early 2020, he was named to our internal compliance team as well.
He resides with his family in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State.
