  Bill Lutz

  President

  Bill co-founded the company with his Dad in 1980. He has been with Waterloo for over 30 years, playing an integral part in the growth of the wine industry in New York State. His hand on approach has resulted in a great relationship with all our customers throughout the years.

  Annette Lutz

  Human Resource Manager

  Annette came on board in 2004, offering Human Resource Services. She works closely with Bill in the promotion and development of the company.

  John Dixon

  Chief Operating Officer

  In 2004, John was hired as part time consultant. John became a full time employee in 2009, and was promoted to COO. He is responsible for the successful operation of all aspects of the company.

  Shelly Major

  Customer Service Supervisor

  Shelly joined Waterloo Container in 2006. She was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor in 2009. Her professionalism and job knowledge makes her an integral part of the CS Department.

  Caitlyn Peck

  Customer Service Rep

  Customer Service Rep. One of our newest employees, Caitlyn joined us in 2010. She has proven to be a fast learner with a pleasing personality and friendly attitude.

  Shawn Kelly

  Sales, Southern/Mid Atlantic United States

  Hired in 2007, as our very first fulltime Sales Rep, Shawn has been instrumental in promoting our company outside of our local area.

  Mike Shaffer

  Sales- North Eastern United States and Canada

  Mike signed on in 2007 as our in-house sales rep. He works out of our local office, traveling to wineries in and around New York the northeast, and Canada.

  Jeanne Bunnell

  Purchasing

  Jeanne began here in 2004 in our shipping department. She moved into the Customer Service department, and from there was promoted to Purchaser. She is responsible for the ordering of all our products. Her attention to detail assures our customers that all our products are in stock and available for immediate delivery.

  Chuck Pelc

  Controller/Accounting Supervisor

  In 2009, Chuck was hired to oversee the Accounting Department. His primary duties include all aspects of Financial and Accounting. He also provides special analysis of long term projects and new business ventures.

  Stephanie Sumislawski

  Accounting Clerk

  Stephanie joined us in 2004. She handles all aspects of accounts receivable and payable - from paying our bills to providing customers with assistance on their accounts. She offers a caring, personal touch that is often missing in today's business environment.

  Stan Surowiec

  Operations Manager

  Hired in 2006, Stan handles a variety of duties for us. As Director of Quality Control he is the liaison between our customers and suppliers. He travels to wineries to provide an outside opinion on bottling line and quality questions. He also is our Building and Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor, and special projects co-coordinator.

  (Pictured from left to right; Kenny, Mary, Chris, and our Warehouse Manager, Max) Max began managing his crew in 2005. The team works closely together and with the front office to provide timely, accurate shipments to all our customers. They are responsible for the loading and unloading of hundreds of orders per month.

  (Pictured from left to right: Richard, Mary, and Jerry) This department is newly formed, becoming a permanent in 2004. They perform a variety of duties- including the packing of bottles from bulk to carton, and repacking ware into custom printed boxes.

  Jim Davis

  Driver

  Jim got behind the wheel for us in 1998. He has been driving throughout New York and neighboring states for over 10 years- delivering friendly service along with our products. When off the road, Jim is responsible for ensuring our fleet is up and running.

  Shawn Bourne

  Driver

  Shawn came on board in 2008 to help with the increase in local deliveries. He also travels throughout New York and the neighboring area with our products, offering exemplary service with every delivery.
